Not a diagnosis, dose, or listing recommendation. ## What it computes Compute the Than 2014 Emergency Department Assessment of Chest pain Score from age, sex, and caller-assigned flags. ## When to use When an agent needs the published EDACS total and must not invent HEART, TIMI, or a discharge decision from ECG or troponin. ## When not to use - Not a diagnosis or discharge order. score_lt_16 is the published EDACS < 16 threshold only; the Than 2014 2-hour ADP also requires a non-ischemic ECG and negative 0 h and 2 h troponin, which magent does not take. - known_cad_or_three_risk_factors is caller-assigned (known CAD or ≥3 risk factors). magent does not count risk factors. That term scores +4 only when age is 18-50; above 50 it is 0 even if the flag is true. - This is EDACS (Than 2014), not HEART and not TIMI. Pain flags are caller-assigned; magent does not interpret a history or ECG.
