Not a diagnosis, dose, or listing recommendation. ## What it computes Echo Chorin 2016 Roth-score measurements (highest number reached counting 1 to 30 in one breath, and elapsed counting time) plus Table 2/discussion threshold flags. ## When to use When an agent already has caller-measured max_count and counting_time_seconds from a single-breath count to 30 and must not invent a hypoxia class, apply 2021 general-practice cutoffs, or treat the result as a respiratory-distress diagnosis. ## When not to use - Not a medical device. Not a hypoxia diagnosis, triage order, or respiratory-distress class. magent does not time the patient. - Caller supplies max_count (integer 1-30, highest number reached) and counting_time_seconds (greater than 0 and at most 60). magent does not administer the count or run a stopwatch. - Chorin 2016 reports correlations, AUCs, and Table 2 sensitivity/specificity rows without a single diagnostic class. magent echoes the two measurements and discussion-quoted threshold flags (max_count <10, counting_time <7 s, max_count <7, counting_time <5 s). Caller supplies the count. magent does not administer the count. - `counting_time_seconds` (number, required): Elapsed seconds from 1 until the highest number reached (greater than 0 and at most 60).
