Pay-per-request HTTP API. GET a paid path, receive HTTP 402 with PAYMENT-REQUIRED, sign PAYMENT-SIGNATURE (x402 V2 exact, USDC on Base), and retry the same URL. Invalid params after a signature are HTTP 400 without charge. HTTP 503 means retry the same PAYMENT-SIGNATURE. EIP-3009 validBefore is 600 seconds. No API keys. Do not send patient names or MRNs.
