magent is a pay-per-request HTTP API. It is not a medical device. Outputs are deterministic codes and published-formula arithmetic. A licensed clinician remains responsible for patient care, dosing, diagnosis, and claims.

Do not send names, MRNs, dates of birth, or other identifiers in queries or POST bodies. Public logs store path without query. Encrypted payloads exist only for the allowlisted operator console.

Payment uses x402 V2. magent settles before tool execution and fails closed on uncertain settlement. Invalid parameters return HTTP 400 without charge. HTTP 402 means unpaid. HTTP 503 after a signature means retry the same PAYMENT-SIGNATURE — not a new quote.

Use of the API is at your own risk. Catalog coverage is gold-gated Current Prescribable RxNorm, ICD-10-CM, and LOINC — not a complete UMLS or a complete human calculator catalog.
