When an agent already has the Cotton 2016 Rome IV E1 biliary-pain flags, the enzyme and bile-duct flags, the structural-exclusion flag, and the three supportive flags, and needs whether the published E1b functional biliary SOD box holds. magent does not read labs, imaging, manometry, or ERCP.

Type I (both elevated liver enzymes and a dilated bile duct) is organic stenosis, not this box. Type III (neither finding) is not this box; EPISOD showed type III does not benefit from sphincterotomy versus sham. Absence of bile-duct stones or other structural abnormalities is the structural flag; there is no separate cholecystectomy boolean. Normal amylase/lipase, abnormal sphincter of Oddi manometry, and hepatobiliary scintigraphy are supportive and not required. Not pancreatic SOD (E2). Not functional gallbladder (E1a).

Invalid params return 400 without charge. Shared HTTP 402 and 503 meanings: Payments.
